Our Approach to Health Data

We take the security and privacy of health-related information seriously. We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and secure storage practices.

However, MedIQ services may not be fully compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). HIPAA applies to covered entities (e.g., certain healthcare providers and plans) and their business associates. If you or your organization require HIPAA-compliant handling of protected health information (PHI), please consult your healthcare provider or legal advisor before using our products for that purpose.
